All products shipped FOB Houston, TX, via UPS so that our chocolate reaches our clients in the same condition as when it leaves our factory.
During warm weather periods, we ship with cold packs (at no additional charge) to maintain the package temperature at a "chocolate friendly" level.
Desired shipping date must be specified. Please allow adequate transit time to meet your in-hand date. Personalized Chocolate cannot be held responsible for delay or damage in transit. All claims (damage, delay or loss) should be filed by the purchaser with the carrier promptly. Images in Chocolate has no control after the shipment has been given to the freight carrier.
All discrepancies must be reported within five (5) days of shipment. No merchandise may be returned without prior authorization. Personalized Chocolate is not responsible for inability to fill orders due to strikes, acts of nature, shortage of materials or any other reasonable cause whatsoever.
